Oak Court Home Suffers Broken Pipe

Can you imagine coming home to this mess which is exactly what this Easthaven homeowner experienced. An overhead water pipe had broken flooding the hallway. The water also ran down the stairs depositing debris along the way.

The SERVPRO technicians worked quickly to clean up all the debris in order place air movers on the carpet and walls to insure they were dry. Drying the walls is an important step as it keeps mold from growing behind wet drywall.

Once all building materials were dry we replaced the broken ceiling, added paint, and cleaned the carpets. The homeowners couldn't believe there was a problem just a couple of weeks prior to us finishing.
